
Ingredients:
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 small red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 100g feta cheese
- 8 mini slider burger buns
- ‘Chef’ Tomato Ketchup
Method:
- Put the red onion and the garlic into a mini food processor and process until very finely chopped or chop finely by hand.
- Mix the onion and garlic with the lamb mince, dried mint, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
- Crumble in the feta cheese and mix well.
- Shape into 8 small slider burgers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before putting on the BBQ.
- Preheat the BBQ for direct medium-high heat.
- Barbeque the burgers for about 10-12 minutes with the lid on until cooked and piping hot all the way through. Carefully turn them once or twice whilst cooking.
- Serve in mini slider burger buns with ‘Chef’ tomato ketchup.
