Chicken Wings

  • For quick and tasty wings, simply pour Chef Wings Sauce over cooked chicken wings and enjoy!
  • For more intense flavour and heat, marinate wings in Chef Wings Sauce for 30mins before baking, then coat wings with extra sauce before serving.

To marinate:

  1. Place chicken wings in a bowl, add enough Chef Wings Sauce to fully coat each wing & leave to rest in fridge for at least 30 mins.
  2. Preheat oven to 180ºC Fan / 200ºC / Gas Mark 6
  3. Transfer wings to a non stick, lined or greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn wings and bake for a further 15 minutes or until wings are crispy.
  4. To serve, place cooked wings in a bowl and pour over Chef Wings Sauce. Mix to ensure wings are fully coated. Serve with extra sauce drizzled over or in a dipping bowl.

Tips

  • Mix with Chef Ketchup or BBQ sauce for stickier, sweeter wings
  • Add butter and white wine for a different flavour experience
  • Add paprika and Cajun powder for a different spice flavour
