BBQ Tips

  1. Marinade the meat overnight as this gets flavour into the food before cooking
  2. Bring your food to room temperature before cooking, this allows for a more even cooking of the food
  3. Expensive cuts of meat can be cooked quickly at a high temperature and chicken/sausages at a low temperature for a longer time
  4. Provide garnishes such as Chef Gherkins to a burger to compliment to the beef and the bun
  5. Peaches can be sliced and pitted, brushed with unsalted butter and put face down on the bbq for a delicious dessert
  6. Use different utensils to ensure no cross contamination
  7. Use the BBQ Lid as it locks in flavour and keeps temperature constant while cooking
