Ingredients:
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- Chef Sweet and Sticky BBQ sauce
- 2 handfuls of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- Rapeseed oil
- Sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to 160°C
- Mix the brown sugar, paprika, chilli powder, garlic powder and sea salt to create a dry rub.
- Generously season both sides of the ribs with the dry rub, gently patting it onto the meat to ensure it sticks. Rub them with some of the oil also.
- Place the ribs into the grill or in the oven, bone-side down. Cook for about 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and begins to pull away from the bones.
- Brush the ribs with the Chef BBQ sauce and cook for another 15-20 minutes, allowing the sauce to caramelize and create a sticky glaze.
- Remove the ribs from the heat and rest for a few minutes. This step allows the juices to redistribute and makes the ribs even more tender.
- Cut the racks into individual ribs and serve hot. Add more BBQ sauce if desired.
