Greek Style Lamb Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 8 mini slider burger buns
  • ‘Chef’ Tomato Ketchup

Method:

  1. Put the red onion and the garlic into a mini food processor and process until very finely chopped or chop finely by hand.
  2. Mix the onion and garlic with the lamb mince, dried mint, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Crumble in the feta cheese and mix well.
  4. Shape into 8 small slider burgers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before putting on the BBQ.
  5. Preheat the BBQ for direct medium-high heat.
  6. Barbeque the burgers for about 10-12 minutes with the lid on until cooked and piping hot all the way through. Carefully turn them once or twice whilst cooking.
  7. Serve in mini slider burger buns with ‘Chef’ tomato ketchup.
